Vaynerov Technologies provides custom software engineering, design, and consulting services. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements signed by both parties.

3. Pricing Estimates

Estimates generated through our pricing calculator are indicative and non-binding. Final pricing is determined after a detailed discovery phase and is documented in the project agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all intellectual property created during an engagement is assigned to the client upon full payment. Our website content, branding, and proprietary tools remain our property.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaynerov Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
